As a Personal Lending Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our members achieve their Personal Lending needs.
You will take Personal Lending referrals and lead applications and turn them into member’s dreams.
Flexibility to work on a 4-week rotating roster between 8am – 8pm weekdays and one 8am – 3pm Saturday shift per month, based at our Gorokan Office
What will you do
- Complete and structure Personal Lending applications with a high attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
- Work with and understand our lending products, processes and policies
- Deliver superior member service and build relationships that goes far beyond their expectations
- Develop a deep understanding of members financial needs and goals to help improve their financial wellbeing and success
- Provide banking solutions, generate new business and identify cross sales opportunities
About you
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lending processes and policies
- Energy and passion for creating new business opportunities
- High levels of motivation and flexibility as well as being a team player
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Able to solve problems quickly, inside and outside the box
- Experience with using computers
