We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Training Specialist - Hybrid Role.
Role Overview:
As a Training Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging, relevant, and timely training programs to our Contact Centre team in the Asia-Pacific region. You will focus on the delivery of induction and on-the-job training programs, ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus:
- Deliver induction and on-the-job training programs for Contact Centre team members.
- Coordinate Instructor-led training sessions, including Induction, Product, Process, Supplier, and role development training.
Secondary Focus:
- Support the delivery of the Global Quality Assurance (QA) Program to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging eLearning materials and live training materials for system, product, and process training.
- Maintain and update Scenic Group eLearning platforms to ensure content relevance and accessibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering training programs, particularly in Contact Centre environments.
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Familiarity with eLearning content creation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain and update eLearning platforms.
