Personal Trainer

Viva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia’s leading fitness companies are looking for new Personal Trainers to join our teams in South Morang! Our mission is to connect health and fitness to as many people as possible and we aim to provide our members with affordable, accessible and awesome facilities. 

Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.

To support our growth and the ongoing demand for Personal Training at Club Lime, we are looking for experienced Personal Trainers with a strong work ethic, who are passionate about training our members to get amazing results. You will be running your own franchised Personal Training business with the support of Club Lime. 

To join VIVA Leisure as a PT, you are required to hold the below as updated and valid: 

• ABN
• CPR
• First Aid
• Fitness Registration (our preferred provider is FITREC but other providers such as Fitness Australia are acceptable)
• Certificate IV in Personal Training
• Insurance (professional indemnity cover up to $5,000,000 & Public Liability up to $10,000,000)

To ensure a high quality of service to our members we provide our Personal Trainers with initial and ongoing support, including;

• A comprehensive induction program and ongoing professional development
• Potential client leads and access to an existing client base
• Business support systems
• Opportunities for additional work running Small Group Fitness classes, as well as hours available assisting on Gym Floor or Member Service 
• Ongoing business planning and packaging 
• Internal and external marketing 
• Support to help you build a great PT business
