QuickFit Health Clubs Delacombe/Ballarat is part of a growing company that currently has health clubs located across Victoria, Tasmania and is expanding into Queensland. QuickFit vision is to provide a health club that is; Fast, Local and Fitness orientated. As stated on the QuickFit website (www.quickfit.com.au): The members we attract are goal driven, focused, community minded, extremely friendly, not hardcore and they care about the facility by always leaving it tidy or wiping equipment after using it. It's the local gym and everyone takes pride in, it’s YOUR QuickFit gym. Members are there for a fast workout in a high-quality facility, with new equipment that is super convenient, so they get value for money for their membership since they actually use it! QuickFit Delacombe has been in operation at the Delacombe Town Centre since March 2019. Since that time it has been able to build a large and diverse membership base.
Qualifications & experience
- Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Fitness or Diploma in Fitness
- Personal Training Experience
- Group Fitness Experience
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail, administration and customer service skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide personal training and small group fitness classes
- Welcome and introduce new members to the gym
- Develop tailored fitness programs
- Help maintain a safe and clean workout environment for members
- Support growth of memberships including membership sales and customer service
