PERSONAL TRAINER
We are looking for a highly motivated, vibrant PERSONAL TRAINER who is able to work within a diverse multicultural membership base. Serving the Leichhardt and Rosebery local areas
About the Role:
As a Personal Trainer, you'll work closely with our clients, developing and implementing personalized fitness plans in line with their unique needs and objectives. You will also:
- Conduct fitness assessments
- Design and implement customised workout plans
- Offer one-on-one and group training sessions
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting plans as required
- Educate clients on proper exercise form and techniques
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients
- Maintain a safe, clean, and conducive training environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Work with the team to create informative and educational content for social media pages
Qualifications & Experience:
- A passion for fitness and helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and motivate yourself
- Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- At least 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer
