Having been established in Canning Vale for over 5 years, the studio is seeking a motivated Studio trainer to join our team to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving further growth for the studio.
To be successful in this role you will have/or currently studying:
A minimum certificate 3 in fitness and/or related health degree
A passion for health and fitness and helping people achieve their goals
First-rate people skills: leadership, emotional intelligence & communication
Must be reliable, confident, caring & humble
Desire and an understanding how to help people ignite change
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Your role:
Conduct SpeedFit sessions on time and in the highest level of service to our existing members
Create an amazing studio experience
Spark member engagement
Conduct Inductions for new members
Conduct Body Compositions using EVOLT360 body scanner
Ensure communication (email & phone) are followed
Maintain general studio cleanliness
