 Job Description: At Goodlife Health Clubs Australia, we are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic and supportive team. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing custom fitness programs to our members while motivating, guiding, and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.  Responsibilities:  1. Conduct initial fitness consultations and assessments. 2. Develop personalized training programs based on individual client needs and objectives. 3. Deliver safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts to all fitness levels. 4. Maintain exercise progress records to monitor client progress. 5. Encourage members to partake in and understand the importance of regular exercising and good nutrition. 6. Regularly follow up with clients to keep them engaged and motivated. 7. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. 8. Promote Goodlife Health Clubs Australia services and offerings. 9. Maintain a professional image and conduct befitting fitness professional.  Required Qualifications:  1. Recognised personal training certification. Cert IV recommended  2. Current CPR and First Aid certificates. 3. A minimum of 1 year of personal training experience preferred. 4. Strong knowledge about fitness, exercise, nutrition, and health trends. 5. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients. 6. Able to work a non-traditional schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. 7. High-energy and passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Outstanding time management and organisational skills. 10.
