About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is looking for a new challenge. This is a full time position based at our clinic in Midland, ideally we are seeking a technologist who will be willing to support our other WA clinics based in Wembley and Rockingham, when needed. 

You will:

• First and foremost provide compassionate patient care, taking responsibility for patient welfare and confidentiality
• Perform a range of PET and CT procedures, to produce images of the highest diagnostic quality possible
• Interpret nuclear medicine requests and perform appropriate procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies
• Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques/advances 

About YouAlongside your passion for patient-centred care and Applied Science (or equivalent) qualifications, you are a team player who always gives 100%. 

You will also have: 

• Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Previous PET experience, and ideally Nuclear Medicine experience.
• Current EPA Radiation Licence (or the ability to attain one).
• AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Working rights in Australia.
