Applications are sought from suitably qualified hospital pharmacist looking to expand their career working in the Pharmacy team at Echuca Regional Health. This role will work in areas of Oncology/ Haematology, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Surgical Ward, Rehabilitation and Outreach Pharmacy Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary and pharmacy team to provide clinical pharmacy services across the organisation
- Actively participate in ongoing education and training
- Participate and lead quality improvement activities and projects
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
- Participation in a weekend and on call roster
Qualifications/experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
- Proven experience as a hospital pharmacist
