We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist inCharge/Manager and a Locum to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care and service including (seasonal only) administering vaccines in our immunisation clinic.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the pharmacy, including personnel, inventory, and finances
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure that all medication dispensing and compounding activities (outsourced) are performed accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the community
Requirements:
- Personality
- Current pharmacist registration in Australia
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, dispensing, inventory management
- Certification in immunisation services and strong knowledge of vaccine safety and efficacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to immunisation services and OTC products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
