Pharmacist Manager

The Noel Allen Group has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of regional and rural communities. 

We require a Pharmacy Manager in our Trevallyn Pharmacy, which operates Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 12 noon.

About Us: Noel Allen Group operates 10 pharmacies through Tasmania, predominantly in the North of Tasmania.  We are looking to recruit a pharmacist to support our pharmacy Trevallyn.  We are a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional services to the areas we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the vaccinations within the local community
• Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to manage dispensary stock
• Oversee the Medication Packing process
• Building relationships with Allied Health Professionals within the community
• Providing patient counselling on proper medication use and potential side effects. 
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations.
• Participating in community health programs and health education initiatives. 

We are looking for:

Strong foundation in pharmaceutical science, dispensing, and medication counselling. 

Passion for community pharmacy and making a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
