What is a Pharmacist Manager?
A Pharmacist Manager is passionate about upholding Northside Pharmacy standards and procedures while managing the pharmacy's overall performance (both financially and professionally).
What’s required to be a Pharmacy Manager?
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current General Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA (without conditions or undertakings)
- Vaccination accredited
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in management of pharmacy, problem solving and excellent customer service skills
- Goal orientated
- Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the pharmacy team
- Manage the roster
- Ensure smooth operations of the pharmacy
- Maintain high level provision of professional services
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines
- Remain up to date with all legislative and professional requirements, and communicate these to your team
- Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business, whilst creating strategic ways to achieve and grow the benchmarks
