Job #48912About the Role:We are seeking Pharmacist Manager to join and lead our team. You will be joining a friendly, efficient pharmacy that prioritises professional services and patient health outcomes, using a forward dispensing model. You will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

As Pharmacist Manager, your responsibilities will include forward dispensing, patient counselling, checking webster packs and providing professional services such as medschecks, diabetes and respiratory health checks. You will also oversee our permanent Pharmacists and dispensary technicians while collaborating closely with the general Pharmacy team and be accountable for the management and overall performance of the dispensary.

• You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have excellent customer service skills
• You have good attention to detail
• You have strong leadership skills and able to lead a team to ensure success
• You have the ability to prioritise different tasks
• You are friendly and reliable
• You have good organisational and management skills
• You are able to work well in a team environment
• You have good computer skills
• You have previous management or PIC experience is beneficial.

The Offer:Negotiable rate of $50-$60/hr +super on offer depending on experience. Roster is negotiable but may include some weekend work.
