A new role awaits
The Scaffidi Group is currently undergoing some exciting changes and we need a new recruitment specialist to join our collaborative, team-orientated and supportive environment.
This newly created full-time position is based at our Support Office in the Adelaide CBD. You will be working closely with the Executive Pharmacy Partner to help coordinate and implement Pharmacist Recruitment plans and initiatives.
Every day looks different as we respond and adapt to an evolving market and strive to continuously improve. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Attraction and sourcing of candidates to create pipelines of skilled pharmacists to support the Group to meet its objectives.
Design and delivery of Pharmacist Recruitment activities, engaging with universities and intern training programs
Co-ordination and support of candidates through their onboarding journey whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation
Creating information reports from varied sources, internal and external, to support the business and recommend data-based improvements and new ways of recruiting talent.
Build meaningful and effective relationships with pharmacist employees.
Processing employment changes in our HR system
Supporting our Leadership Team to align expectations and influence positive change across our business

Skills & Experience
2 Years’ experience in a similar role
Proven computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite
Experience working in a fast-paced environment to meet clear timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrable commitment to explore, learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working to achieve better business outcomes.
Knowledge of the Pharmacy industry is desirable but not mandatory
