Pharmacist - Terrywhite Chemmart – Wodonga

Pharmacist in Charge – Full or Part time – you decide! Large ROWA dispensing robot. Work within an established, dedicated team. A truly friendly, supportive pharmacy, where you will feel right at home!
 

• Full or Part time 32 – 40hrs p/w. Flexible shifts.
• Higher earning potential for weekend hours.
• Large ROWA dispensing robot and auto-dose Pharmacotherapy.
• Excellent mentoring and support – team of 4 Pharmacists.
• Relocation and Accommodation assistance available to interstate candidates.
   

The role

This is a customer facing role; you will be comfortable conversing with a diverse range of customers providing advice and benefits to our community. 

Some roles and responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Counsel customers on their medical conditions and medications, both prescription and OTC, with the most up to date, evidence based information
• Execute health services to the highest professional standard
• Build and maintain relationships with local health professionals
• Supervise, direct and coach non-professional colleagues (pharmacy assistants, dispensary technicians etc)
• Assist in dispensary operations, including timely acceptance of prescriptions and counselling of patients
• Implement and follow QCPP policy and procedure to the highest standard
• Communicate all TerryWhite Chemmart, professional, and legislative information to the team when required

What’s required to be a Pharmacist in Charge

• Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Clear and effective communication skills, with an attention to detail
• Be able to lead and contribute to a dynamic and fast pace workplace
• Retail pharmacy experience
• You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
