The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.An Permanent Full time opportunity has become available for qualified Pharmacist Grade 1/2 to join the Nepean Pharmacy team. The Nepean Pharmacy Department provides a comprehensive pharmacy service to patients during their admission to hospital and for those attending outpatient clinics. The dedicated pharmacy team work collaboratively to provide medications in a safe and timely manner with a focus on patient-centred care.You role will be for the provision of clinical pharmacy services by becoming an active member of the patient care team and enhancing patient care processes and medication safety. The role ensures the provision of best practice in therapeutics and medication accuracy at transitions of care, at admission to hospital, during inpatient care and discharge from hospital, and through liaison and active interaction with community pharmacists and general practitioners.   • Demonstrated post graduate clinical experience in a health care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and within an inter-professional team environment
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills
  • Record of ongoing professional development
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Access) and Pharmacy Inventory and Dispensing programs
