About the Role
As a pharmacist, you will assist with preparing and dispensing medication to patients, ensuring to provide effective, efficient, and personalised community pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
Your principal tasks and duties will require you to:
- Provide collaborative and patient-centred care through engaging and working with other healthcare providers to achieve the best health outcomes for customers and the community.
- provide quality customer service by ensuring customers receive prompt attention and quality information.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
- Assist with dispensary inventory management
- Supervise pharmacy assistants, dispensary technicians, pharmacy students and intern pharmacists ensuring they practice in accordance with all relevant legislation, Pharmacy Board of Australia Guidelines, professional standards, Quality Care Pharmacy Program requirements and CW Retail policies and procedures.
- Monitor medicine treatment and provide clinical intervention where appropriate.
- Undertake regular training and career development to ensure that your professional knowledge remains contemporary, and that you have the capability/credentials to provide a wide range of clinical services to patients.

- Current AHPRA General registration as a pharmacist
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy
