Chemist Discount Centre (CDC) Blackburn
Pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
Training provided for the suitable candidate to develop their career as a Dispensary Technician.
We have a strong customer base, focusing on building customer relationships, offering great service and advice.
We utilise FredNXT Dispense and POS.
Candidates must be highly driven and have:
- Solid communication skills - verbal and written - and a strong passion for working with people
- Excellent customer service skills with a capacity to mentor others to meet the goals of the pharmacy
- Great work ethic, be reliable, hardworking and committed to achieving goals and leading change
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities of the role:
- Implement CDC brand strategy and marketing initiatives in store
- Provide high quality advice on products and services coupled with exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Engage with customers with an open mind and a keen desire to assist them with health choices.
- Work collaboratively with the owners to support and grow new business strategies
