Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, under the general supervision of a senior pharmacist, you will be involved in medication inventory management for the emergency department, inpatient services and outpatient clinics attached to the Armadale Kalamunda Group. Under the direct supervision of a senior pharmacist, you will also be involved in the dispensing of prescriptions for patients under the care of our health service.
Area Profile: Armadale Health Service (AHS) and Kalamunda Hospital (KH) are part of the Armadale Kalamunda Group. AHS is a general hospital, equipped with an Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Our specialty areas include general medicine, surgical services, rehabilitation, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care, mental health, and renal medicine (including dialysis services). KH is a specialised palliative care hospital that also has an onsite day procedure unit.
