As a Pharmacy Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards, stock levels, and ticketing standards, all while working towards key performance indicators (KPIs). Your enthusiasm for growth and development will be supported through ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.
About You:
To be successful as a Pharmacy Assistant you will be required to work in a team environment and be customer focused at all times. Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
- Previous Pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
- Outstanding customer service
- Professional presentation
- Strong communication skills to customers and stakeholders
- A passion for skincare, cosmetics and vitamins
- Be excited to learn and grow to develop your understanding of products
- Work towards KPI’s
- Flexible availability through weekday’s with some weekends
