We operate 60 pharmacies across multiple brands including Star Discount Chemist, Priceline and Independent stores throughout Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service while being informative about a range of health and beauty products and services. Some other duties you will perform include:
- Point of sale operation and cash handling
- Accepting prescriptions for processing by our pharmacist team
- Maintaining a clean and presentable store
- Informing customers on current sales and promotions in store
- Assisting customers with general queries
- Recommending products
- A warm and engaging approach to customer service
- You will have previous experience in a Pharmacy or Retail setting
- Must be willing to provide a police check or to obtain one
- Stock management experience (preferred)
- Good computer literacy
- Must be available to work weekends
- Acquired a Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV)
- Experience in MINFOS
