Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting pharmacists where necessary
- Providing excellent customer service, including answering queries and offering healthcare advice
- Managing inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are maintained
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to pharmacy regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Chinese/Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
