Wizard Pharmacy Booragoon #2 is conveniently located inside the Westfield Booragoon shopping centre near Coles.
The Role
Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Footwear Specialist at Wizard, you will be supported in your journey to become the primary expert in the footwear and footcare area of our pharmacy as well as continuing to develop core skills in communication, teamwork and leadership.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the footwear and footcare departments in the pharmacy including overseeing inventory management of this area, promotional activity, developing team members in new and relevant products as well as liaising with supplier representatives.
- Recommend and offer advice across all ranges of footwear and footcare with a personalised customer experience focus
- Focus on attention to detail and deliver a high standard of presentation of the pharmacy. Work with team in maintaining the merchandise and pharmacy appearance.
- Support team in all brand initiatives such as our Wizard Rewards program and affiliates.
- Work with our pharmacists and pharmacy team to promote complimentary health products and services
- Be part of a positive culture and workplace environment
- Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy including dispensary, over-the counter medicines, nutrition and retail areas.
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Experience in footwear is essential and must have at least one year's prior experience
- S2/S3 certificate and OTC experience is desirable
- Certificate II or III in community pharmacy will be looked upon favourably.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Retail and sales experience is advantageous
- Strong and effective communication skills
- High attention to detail
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
