Pharmacy Manager

My exclusive client is looking for a Full Time Pharmacist in Charge (Pharmacy Manager) that is able to bring their enthusiasm and passion to their role working at this pharmacy located in the coastal Northern suburb of Hillarys, WA. Joining a team 16+ your experience and knowledge will bring help to the community's health industry.

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist that can lead the day to day operations of this busy dispensary and also be passionate on providing health services such as Medical checks, Health checks, Vaccinations, Hearing Checks, Sleep Apnoea etc.

Working together with the Retail Manager, connecting with other pharmacists across the group, you will be responsible for the successful performance, profitability and continued growth of the business. The role will suit a flexible, motivated self-sufficient Pharmacist who enjoys a variety of duties. Working with an experienced team in an established store will give you an opportunity to lead the store to greatness.

In this busy location, you are responsible for all aspects of the business with a focus on:

• Customer service and ensuring that it is a focus of all team members
• Large volumes of prescriptions are dispensed (280-350 per day)
• Manage the team including two other pharmacists and Dispensary Technician plus pharmacy assistants.
• Develop, coach and mentor the team
• Dispensary to be managed with high levels of attention to detail
• Multi skilling and delegation of tasks to ensure smooth running of business
• Sharing advice and information to the team and customers to ensure the best health care is front of mind at all times

Requirements:

• Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
• Have experience working with 300+ scripts per day
• Professional patient counselling
• Have a passion for networking and community involvement
• Be driven by customer service
