We're searching for an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our business. This role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated team of 4-5 pharmacists and 16 assistants, managing daily operations and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, rostering, and coordination of staff training.
- Driving customer-focused culture and community engagement.
- Managing staff, stock, and buying responsibilities.
- Upholding organisational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating leadership and excellent people management skills.
- Reporting and communicating effectively with management.
- Contributing proactively to the management team and showing initiative.
- Permanent full-time position.
- A competitive salary package of $30- 35 per hour + Super.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering a balance between professional growth and personal life.
- Work in a fast-paced environment handling 200-330 prescriptions on weekdays and 150 on weekends.
