About the role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Pharmacy Technician with demonstrated pharmacy skills and knowledge to be part of our highly skilled team at HPS Lenah Valley.
This role is a permanent Full Time position working 38 hours across Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with PBS regulations
- Assisting with stock/inventory management
- Ordering and supplying medications for Hospital Imprest
- General duties, including attending to client needs via telephone and email queries
About You
- A can-do attitude and team focus
- Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff
- A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
- The ability to organise complex tasks and solve problems
- Analytical thinking to make sound judgements and develop appropriate innovative solutions
- Proven experience meeting key performance indicators and business objectives
- Hospital experience is highly desirable.
- Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
