MET Phys is primarily located in Highfields about 12km north of Toowoomba City. Toowoomba itself is a growing community with over 100, 000 people residing in Toowoomba and Highfields has grown to approx 14, 000. A short drive will get you to some great shopping centres, parks, schools and eateries.

We see clients from the age of 2 - 101, from all walks of life and throughout the community. We have a range of disciplines covering exercise physiology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise science and allied health assistants. There are a range of supervision opportunities available to ensure you are supported with us. We deliver services to Highfields, Toowoomba and Crows Nest.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Assessing and ongoing monitoring of clients
• Working individually and with groups of clients
• Communicating and reporting to other health and medical professionals
• Health education and promotion for patients
• Supporting clients of varying and diverse backgrounds with a caseload that may include clients who have difficulty participating in everyday, meaningful activities due to physical or neurological disability, injury or illness, or psychosocial conditions.
• Maintaining relevant documentation associated with patient care e.g. Patient records, reports, statistics
• Accreditation through AHPRA
• Bachelor/Grad dip/Master's in physiotherapy
• CPR and current first aid
• Blue card, national police check record
• Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
• New graduates are welcome to apply, preference is for 2-3 years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary: $75,000.00 – $109,183.25 per year
