Develop broad skillset & discover areas of interest you wouldn't experience in the city, through rural generalist training.
Work in a multitude of work environments – in fully resourced paeds & adults clinics, via telehealth, in schools, kindies, & shearing sheds.
The 2024 New Grad Program
Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients
Consistent 1:1 supervision with senior Speech Pathologist; plus additional support as required
Peer support system with those who’ve been through the program
Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs
