We are looking for passionate Physiotherapists to join our Therapy team - Lower Southwest region. Based at either our Bunbury or Busselton Office, this is a community-based role delivering interventions where the clients live their lives, in family homes, schools and other appropriate local contexts and environments.

You will work closely with a dedicated and supportive team of therapists, providing person centred and evidence-based support to our clients. Our goal is for our clients to live their best lives.

Snapshot of the Role:
The successful applicant will:
- Work in a goal directed way with clients and their families alongside the multidisciplinary team.
- Play an active role in building capacity for clients to live their best life.
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate physiotherapy programs and regimens relevant to client’s individual service plans.
- Liaise with parents/caregivers, teachers, health professionals and external agencies regarding physiotherapy intervention requirements for individual clients.
- Assess and prescribe adaptive and therapeutic equipment as required to meet individual client needs, in consultation with other therapists and family members.
- Have the opportunity to support a varied caseload across the lifespan. We value your ideas and innovation and work closely with you to shape your caseload towards your interests and strengths.
- Deliver high-quality evidence informed practice, including but not limited to adult disability and Early Childhood Intervention (ECI).
- Passion to work in the disability sector.
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to plan, implement and deliver person-centred evidence-based services.
- Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the Professional Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and the National Standards for Disability Services.
- Previous experience working with clients with disabilities and their families and caregivers is an advantage.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
- Ability to manage your time while balancing the needs of a diverse caseload.
