Physioactive is a large multidisciplinary Allied Health Clinic within the medical precinct of Ipswich. Our practice has been providing health services to the community since1988. Our providers include Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Hand Therapists, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitian, Psychologist and Sports & Exercise Medicine Registrar.

The RoleIn this role you will focus on making a difference to your clients’ lives, not just getting them out of acute pain. You will use your communication and clinical skills to connect with your clients and improve their health outcomes. Whatever your clinical skillset, we can provide a caseload and support that meets your professional interests.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage patients within our existing client base while developing your own caseload
- Treat sports injuries, post orthopaedic rehab and spinal pain in our purpose built facility, equipped with the latest treatment and measurement tools
- Construct and implement exercise programs using our extensive gym facilities which include two distinct gym areas as well as large pilates studio
- Develop rapport with your clients and referrers, including local GPs and orthopods
- Liaise with Workcover, other referring stakeholders
- Work closely with our other onsite allied health providers as a team working to optimize outcomes
- Communicating with referrers in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills
- Participate in our comprehensive Professional Development sessions

- Registration with AHPRA – Without Restrictions:
The candidate must hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have no restrictions on their practice. This ensures they meet the rigorous standards required for practice in Australia and are fully qualified to provide physiotherapy services.
