Provide evidence-based Physiotherapy clinical services (including assessment, planning, intervention and care co-ordination), to facilitate positive patient outcomes, including the effective and efficient flow of clients through the service.

About the role
The position will deliver Physiotherapy services, appropriate with level of experience, across various caseloads as a member of a multidisciplinary team to patients/clients across all facilities of West Moreton Health.
You will apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex decision making under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior Physiotherapist and assist in the development and/ or review of Physiotherapy clinical practices, procedures and protocols in the work area using the principles of evidence based practice under the guidance of senior Physiotherapist.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge, skills and experience in Physiotherapy practice.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, service providers and co-workers at all level.
- Is a positive and active team member with a good work ethic.
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to routine Physiotherapy clinical services.
- Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16 (PDF) ( https://www.health.qld.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0009/150120/hed-0116.pdf )
- Appointment to this position requires proof of a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration or eligibility for full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
