About the Role:
We are an innovative Aged Care and Retirement Provider, looking for highly motivated and qualified Physiotherapists to join our energetic team. Key Responsibilities:
Specialised Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and offer neuro-physiotherapy to address specific needs and neurological conditions.
Personalised Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customised plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each resident.
Progress Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, ensuring the achievement of rehabilitation goals.
Compassionate Interaction: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating care and empathy in all interactions.
About You:
💪 Skilled in Physiotherapy: Proven experience in neuro-physiotherapy with a track record of successful outcomes.
🌟 Motivated and Empathetic: A genuine passion for enhancing well-being and quality of life for our valued residents.
📋 Organised and Collaborative: Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of our dynamic team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy with valid APRHA registration.
National Police Check Valid no later than 3 months.
Right to work in Australia.
