Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) services are delivered according to a rehabilitation plan that is based on goals negotiated with the client and their carers. Our state-of-the-art facilities are located on site with Belmont Primary Care, Community Nursing, Dental, Mental Health and Immunisation services.
About the Role
Be part of the community-based, interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support clients and carers to achieve an optimum level of health independence through:
  • Comprehensive, co-ordinated and integrated interdisciplinary services
  • Provision of client-centred, evidenced-based community rehabilitation Physiotherapy services to community members from a broad range of backgrounds in their own homes, within the centre or in community settings.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective Physiotherapy and interdisciplinary rehabilitation services at BCRC
  • Contribute to meeting the program and rehabilitation team key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Provide teaching, supervision, support and development of less experienced staff and undergraduate students

Essential: Degree in Physiotherapy from an Australian Physiotherapy Council accredited course.
Essential: Current national registration as a physiotherapist with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Essential: Eligible for full membership of Australian Physiotherapy Association
Essential: Current Victorian Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
Desirable: Current membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant clinical area.
