Seeking a motivated Level 1-2 Physiotherapist to join the Illawarra Transitional Aged Care Program to provide a range of therapy to older clients within the community/home setting. The role works within a large MDT, Mon - Fri ( days flexible). Vehicle provided. Office located at Port Kembla Hospital, Warrawong (Wollongong)  This is a Temporary Part Time 24 hours per week position until 2 July 2023 with the possibility of extension subject to funding. 

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine prior to commencement with NSW Health OR provide an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status prior to securing this role. Please also provide proof of booster vaccination, if available.

Selection Criteria 

1. Current Physiotherapy Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills including the proficient use of health based technology.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
4. A commitment to the delivery of quality service.
5. Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development.
6. Knowledge and understanding of the application of evidence based practice.
7. Understanding of and demonstrated commitment to ISLHD CORE values.
8. Current NSW Health Drivers Licence or equivalent.
