Clarence Community & Allied Health has a vacancy for a Social Worker to join their Transitional Aged Care team. This role provides high quality clinical services and leadership as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
