Key Responsibilities💼
- Managing a varied caseload that includes Occupational health & ergonomics, Orthopedics, Clinical Pilates, Women's health, Provision of NDIS / disability services, and Exercise rehabilitation.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for patients with Musculoskeletal conditions, including post op rehab, sports injuries and vestibular rehab.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families/caregivers regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communications in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications🎓
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
- Current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 2 year post grad experience in Physiotherapy, preferably in a Private Practice setting.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, with proficiency in developing and implementing individualised treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
