Our Physio Job opportunities include:

Full-time or Part-time Options available

- Work in our Mt Pleasant Clinic - musc based, mostly private paying patients.

This clinic has a multidisciplinary team where you will be working alongside a senior physio (who is also trained in Lymphoedema & Cancer rehab), Lynotherapist (working with fascia), Naturopath, and Remedial Massage Therapist.

- Work regionally - in our Wongan Hills Clinic (located in the Wheatbelt, about 2 hours north east of Perth).

Currently, this is a pop-up clinic located in a medical centre, clientele is musc based but we also run a seniors mobility class which has been quite popular. There is much room for growth in terms of room for adding other group-based classes or proliferation of our Physio service. Due to their remote location they do not get much regular access to allied health services. At Tweak, we are passionate about helping to develop accessibility for these communities.

- Split time between Perth & Wongan Hills clinics (1-2 days in Wongan Hills per week)

🙌🏻THE ROLE:

- Provide great patient care

- Flexible shifts that caters for worklife balance

- Perth full-time salary from $80k-110k depending on experience + option for attractive commission structure

- Bonus rates for regional work ($70/hr)

- Training & Mentorship provided - particularly in manual hands-on skills

✅ THE REQUIREMENTS:

- 1+ year experience in Private Practice desired, however new graduates are welcome to apply with training & mentorship provided

- Dry-needling is a desirable but not necessary - training can be provided

- Pilates experience desired but not necessary

- Live in Perth or willing to move to Perth

- Degree / Qualification in area of expertise

- Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia

- Current Professional indemnity insurance at least to $10M

- Drivers licence

- Dry Needling experience - desired otherwise training is provided

- Satisfies vaccination requirements as per government guidelines

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Have a growth mindset and coachable - necessary!

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Desire to make a difference
