The exciting opportunity:
- Work across two, small, neighbouring Aged Care facilities in Perth’s Southern suburbs
- Apply your specialist knowledge to increase physical and cognitive function and maximise independence and quality of life
- Conduct holistic assessments and create, implement, review and adjust care plans that reflect all of the resident’s requirements
- Work with the residents to establish meaningful goals, providing services in line with their preferences, needs, and policies and procedures
- Develop productive working relationships and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Plan and coordinate individual and group physical activity programs that are delivered by Therapy Assistants
- Develop genuine relationships and provide individualised care by working at small facilities
- Join a passionate internal allied health team and be well supported by an Allied Health Manager and Facility Managers
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $45 - $58 an hour + super + salary packaging
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage residents and families
- Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating individualised care plans
- Eager, passionate and confident in your ability to utilise your excellent clinical skills to provide holistic care
- A passion for working with, and delivering quality care to the elderly
