The opportunity

As a Physiotherapist (Full-time or Part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing Restorative Care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.

This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic). You’ll deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).

The current roles are Permanent Full-time or Part-time in Western Sydney/Blue Mountains, South West Sydney and the Inner West. We are also looking for candidates for potential roles in other areas of metropolitan Sydney.


About you

  • Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings or both.
  • You’re a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
