Senior ICT Contract Manager to play a crucial role in managing the administration and development of various elements of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Industry Engagement Framework and contract management policies and procedures. You will be part of a team driving a more commercial approach, delivering value through procurement, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged in the department’s journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an
ICT Contract Manager, your responsibilities will include providing ICT contract management services to the division and its customers, ensuring that terms and conditions are adhered to. You will be tasked with reviewing supplier performance and associated contracts to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations.Additionally, you will manage the review and renewal process for all ICT contracts across the organisation, ensuring their relevance to the business. Through the application of the Contract Management Model, you will collaborate with selected strategic suppliers to introduce targeted improvements.Your role will also involve preparing written reports and recommendations on a range of areas, including ICT industry engagement initiatives and contract management improvement opportunities.Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of awareness and training sessions on industry engagement, contract management, and the development of ICT promotional and communications material within the organisation.You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate key capabilities, knowledge, and experience including:
- High-level ability to lead and manage complex contracts, particularly in the IM/ICT contracts within the healthcare industry
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including initiating relationships and influencing key stakeholders in reference to supplier relationship management and control of contract documentation
- Proven high-level negotiation, consultation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in complex contractual arrangements, with an advanced capacity to develop creative approaches to address complex contractual issues
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with team members
