AddressWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team in Chatswood. The successful candidate will lead a team of physiotherapists, providing expert clinical guidance and mentorship while also delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. With over 25 years of experience, our client specialises in providing a range of healthcare services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical guidance and mentorship to a team of physiotherapists.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care to patients.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
