What we want:
We are looking for another passionate, motivated and like-minded Physiotherapist to join our team. As a pivotal part of our interdisciplinary allied health team, we seek a candidate with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals with the ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions across a range of conditions.
This position is offered on a part-time basis of approximately 2-3 days a week with room for growth as demand increases. Hourly rate will be dependent on skill set and previous experience.
Availability on Thursday’s will be advantageous for the successful candidate. Start date is flexible and is dependent on the availability of the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical conditions and fitness, medical history and functional abilities
- Utilise a variety of diagnostic tools and tests to appropriately diagnose and determine the extent of injuries or impairments
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings, implementing best practice evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, exercises and modalities to rehabilitate and promote recovery
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy services aimed at improving mobility, strength and overall physical function, working with clients to alleviate pain and enhance their quality of life
- Educate client’s on their conditions, treatment options and self-management techniques, while implementing effective exercise programs that are appropriate for clients’ needs and conditions to support ongoing recovery
- Collaborate with other in-house allied healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated and integrated care
- Maintain accurate and complete records of clients’ assessments, exercise plans, and progress reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy and apply this knowledge to client care.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A commitment to providing client-centred care and continuous service improvement.
- Previous clinical experience
- An interest in extremity rehabilitation and clinical Pilates
