We have multiple positions available which would suit enthusiastic, motivated physiotherapists who would like to join a team of experienced Allied Health Professionals. Hours are flexible so it may suit someone who is looking for work that fits around school hours or other commitments.

National Capital Private Hospital is a modern, progressive, acute surgical, medical and rehabilitation hospital of 148 beds. The hospital has 8 operating theatres, an intensive care unit, coronary care unit, day surgery unit, medical/rehabilitation and surgical wards. There will be the opportunity for suitable physiotherapists to work across multiple areas of the hospital.

Essential Criteria

· Current physiotherapy registration as recognised by AHPRA.

· Experience in working in an acute and/or rehab hospital setting

· Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills.

· Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborating effectively with the MDT.

· Demonstrated problem solving skills.

· Customer focused service delivery

Desired Criteria

· Experience in treating acute in-patients including ICU and post-surgical.

· Knowledge of discharge planning pathways.
