SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Picker for a minimum of 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient picking of products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.
- Ensure accuracy by verifying product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment, following established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to minimise workplace accidents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 25kg.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
