Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service Compliance department based at the Greystanes/Pemulwuy Warehouse. The primary function of the role is to ensure the efficient flow of stocks through the warehouse, meet delivery expectations, and maximise operational effectiveness. This role requires the individual to work 5 days in the warehouse on a 12 month fixed term contract.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accept deliveries, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and store items in designated warehouse locations
- Retrieve stocks as per requests, pack items securely to prevent damage, and label packages accurately
- Monitor inventory levels, update records for accuracy, and manage the serviceability of assets in storage
- Process delivery requests accurately, pick and prepare stocks for shipment, and manage booking for timely deliveries
- Conduct weekly physical stocktakes, verify levels against records, and provide detailed reports on stock status
- 5 years in consumer electronics, adept in Excel and word processing
- Strong oral/written skills, proactive in fast-paced settings
- Keen attention to detail, adept at multitasking and adapting
