We are seeking motivated and capable Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) to join our Perth Operations team.
We currently have 3 Full Time positions available for an immediate start.
As a Produce Handler your key responsibilities will include.
- Order Fulfillment; preparing product in accordance with appropriate procedures and customer specification including quality control, grading, pre-packing, weighing, and assembling.
- Understand the specifications relating to labelling produce. The accurate and complete preparation and receipt of Value-Added Batch (VAB).
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.
- Competency to learn and operate the required warehouse machinery.
To be successful in the role you will have the following capabilities:
- Flexible to work early morning shifts (6am start), and weekend work
- Previous pick/packing experience is highly regarded.
- Possesses and uses good interpersonal, communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.
