Concrete Recyclers, a leading quarry materials company renowned for its customer orientated approach, is seeking a passionate and driven Call Centre/Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This opportunity has arisen due to the internal promotion of the previous team member.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Team of approx. 3-4 Customer Service Officers/Lead Generators.
- Manage incoming calls & processing orders
- Outbound calls to existing clients to generate business leads
- Relationship management of small accounts
- Sale Administration Tasks
Who are you:
- Well trained and experience manager from a professional Call Center with 3-5 years experience.
- Well experienced making outbound sale calls.
- Value relationships and relationship development.
- Have ambitions for career growth and a drive to learn.
This role will report to the Sales Manager, who is managing the team of Key Account Managers. This role will work closely with the Sales Manager to build and develop the skills of the Customer Service Team.
