AddressPOSITION DESCRIPTION
- Follow instructions from Management & SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Tend to routine husbandry of all stock;
- Clean accommodation pens, fittings and equipment;
- Move and draft animals
- Assist sows & piglets at farrowing
- Weaning pigs from farrowing
- Day to day care of the weaners & growers
- Apply and adhere to biosecurity procedures when performing all tasks
WORK HOURS
Generally 7am - 3pm
Only 1 in 3 weekends worked
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Works well as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to adhering to biosecurity procedures
- Willing to undertake further training & development
- Holds current drivers licence
- Cert III in Pork Production (beneficial not essential)
- Animal Experience (essential)
- Must be able to work on feet for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of light plant & equipment

Our Business is situated close to the town of Dalby.
With travel times of 30 mins to 3 hours you have access to destinations such as Lake Broadwater, Bunya Mountains, Toowoomba, Sunshine & Gold Coast, as well as Multiple Dams for Camping, Fishing & Boating.
