As part of our expansion into the Australian market, we are set to introduce jet operations, starting with the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.

We are seeking dynamic, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to this exciting venture. If you are ready to embark on a new chapter in your aviation career, we invite you to express your interest in the following positions:

• Training/Check Captains

• Captains

• First Officers

Base locations may include Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth

Training/Check Captains:

• Hold a current ICAO ATPL with A320 family Type Rating

• Demonstrated experience as a Training Captain or equivalent role

• High attention to detail and ability to deliver effective training programs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to upholding safety standards and best practices

Captains:

• Hold a current ICAO ATPL (A320 family Type Rated preferred)

• Multi engine Jet/Turboprop > 21000kgs MTOW with minimum 3500 hours & 1500 PIC

• Proven leadership skills and experience in command roles

• Strong decision-making abilities and situational awareness

• Dedication to maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction

First Officers:

• An Australian ATPL (A) or an Australian CPL (A) with passes in all ATPL Theory subjects

• Australian Multi-Engine Aeroplane Instrument Rating with IAP 2D and 3D endorsements

• Multi-crew Cooperation Course (MCC) or experience in a multi-crew operation

• A minimum of 500 hours Total Aeronautical Experience

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Willingness to undergo training for the A320 family type rating
