Altrad are offering on-going work across multiple Projects Australia wide, to support our continued growth, we are searching for experienced Pipe Layers to join the team. These roles will be required on a Monday – Saturday roster for Perth locals on Valmec’s Banjup Water Corporation Project. These roles will be on a full time fixed term contract.
- Location – Banjup Water Corp Site
- Project description – Upgrading the water pipeline and exchange for the water corporation
- LOCAL position working Monday to Friday 10hr days, Saturday 5hrs.
- Rates – $39ph + 25% casual loading + penalties
- Completion bonus - $250 per week worked on the project, paid on completion (expected to finish at the end of April 2024)
Duties required in the role:
- Install Sewers, Storm water, Water main
- Read plans
- Read levels and understand grades
- WaterCorp experience preference
- Assist in running crews
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar position on a Water corporation or Metro project.
- Valid Australian Drivers license, HR preferred,
- HRWL - DG
- Valid Confined Space within two years
- Valid Working at Heights within two years
- RIICCM202E - Locate, Identify & Protect Underground Services
- Must reside in Perth.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
